A Culinary Saga: Bringing Life to Square Plates and Bowls – A Tale of Two Recipes

When it comes to demonstrating the versatility of our collection, we’re stepping away from mere talk and bringing you delicious proof. We present to you the classic pairing of Tomatoes and Burrata with a twist, suitable for serving either fresh and cool or roasted for an amplified burst of flavor.

Fresh Cherry Tomato & Burrata Salad with Balsamic and Olive Oil Vinaigrette

Toss a fresh, simple salad of fresh lettuces, cherry tomatoes, topping with fresh Burrata drizzled with Balsamic vinegar & Olive oil.

Organic Extra Virgin Cold Pressed Olive Oil

Aged Balsamic vinegar

Fresh ground pepper to taste

Roasted Cherry Tomato & Burrata Salad with Balsamic and Olive Oil Vinaigrette

Any good produce section or farmers market will have cherry tomatoes on the vine. Roasting them distills the flavors, concentrating the natural sugars and acid into amazing sweetness.

Line a sheet pan with oven safe baking parchment paper.

Carefully place branches of cherry tomatoes on the vine on the parchment. Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with fresh ground pepper. Don’t worry if a few fall off – just roast these, too. You will want extra roasted tomatoes.

Place in an oven heated to 375 degrees.

Roast until the tomatoes begin to brown and caramelize.

Remove from oven.

While the tomatoes are roasting, toss a simple salad of Little Gem and Butter lettuces, drizzled with Balsamic Vinaigrette and place a portion on each plate. Place fresh Burrata ball on top of the lettuces, making a slice through the middle of the cheese.

Place the warm roasted tomato branches on top of the Burrata on each plate.

Drizzle a little extra olive oil. Balsamic vinegar and fresh pepper over each.

Serve with a good baguette.
